Uncommon · $19.99/mo or $199/yr

The newsletter told you what's changing.
This is where you do something about it.

Most CS communities are built for the playbook. Uncommon is built for the people rewriting it — with AI, with code, and a fundamentally different idea of what customer success looks like.

It's the paid room behind the free newsletter and podcast — CS leaders posting, comparing stacks, and finding the three people who actually get their exact problem.

"Let's not be hyperbolic, a newsletter can't change your life, but CCO.io has become a trusted source for me. Something I look forward to seeing in my Inbox."

A few things people ask.

Wait — I thought Uncommon used to be free?

It was, during the early build. As of August 2026, Uncommon is a paid membership from day one — everyone who joins pays when they sign up.

Why isn't there a free tier?

We tried that. Without any skin in the game, the content and engagement declined over time — a steady decline. A paid membership means everyone posting and showing up has actually invested in making this worth being in.

Who is Uncommon actually for?

CS leaders who are tired of communities that rehash the same five frameworks, who are actively building with AI instead of waiting for vendors to catch up, and who want a peer group that challenges their thinking instead of validating it.

Is this different from the newsletter and podcast?

Yes — those stay free and always will. Uncommon is the paid, participatory layer: posting, connecting with peers, and the monthly live session.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from your profile's billing tab, handled through Stripe. No lock-in.
